You don't pay the same for every lead
The prices above are the typical figure. What you actually pay moves with two things you can see on the lead before you buy it:
- How good the enquiry is. A complete brief for a move in ten days costs more than a half-filled form for "sometime next year".
- How big the job is. A five-bedroom move is worth more to you than a single-room clearance, so it costs more to buy.
Every lead shows its grade and the reason for its price before you spend anything. Prices start at £2.50 and a shared lead never costs more than double the figure above.

At the end of our form, customers choose whether to compare up to five quotes or be matched with a single professional. When they choose one, that lead is sold once — to you, with nobody else quoting against it.
